Conveniently located at 1820 Bayview Avenue, Unit 12 (Mezzanine Level). Athlete's Care Leaside is approximately 1 block north of Eglinton Ave on Bayview Ave, above Rexall Pharmacy.
Parking:
Free on-site parking is available for Athlete’s Care Leaside clients in the parking lot behind the building. The parking lot is accessible off of Glazebrook Ave.
Spaces are first come, first served.
Public Transit:
Take the TTC to Eglinton Station, connect to a northbound Bayview bus, and exit near Bayview and Eglinton. Head north on Bayview Avenue after exiting at Eglinton
