Biography
Aastha is a Registered Physiotherapist who graduated in 2015 with a Bachelors of Physiotherapy. Having worked in a variety of settings: hospital-based physiotherapy, outpatient orthopedic department, surgery, medicine, and oncology, she brings a multifaceted perspective to treatment. She also has a history of working with people with complex musculoskeletal conditions, athletes, and people post fracture and post-surgery.
Aastha believes in a patient-centered, biopsychosocial approach and collaborates with her patients to provide specific and individualized care. Treatments consist of education, manual therapy, soft tissue work, exercise prescription, acupuncture, and lifestyle modification. Being a big believer in lifelong learning, Aastha consistently thrives to evolve her practice by merging the most current, evidence-based literature with a holistic approach. She is passionate about her work and takes pride in connecting with her patients as they embark on their healing journeys.
Outside of the clinic, she enjoys traveling, spending time with her family, cooking, and practicing yoga.
