Adam graduated with a Masters in Physical Therapy at the University of Toronto. His prior education includes completing an undergraduate degree in Kinesiology and Health Science from York University.
Maintaining an active lifestyle has always been an important part of Adam's life. Seeing firsthand the benefits that daily movement has on both mental and physical well-being, Adam took that passion to further his knowledge in biomechanics and movement sciences, and ultimately decided to pursue physical therapy as a career.
Adam's treatment style is collaborative, placing the client in the centre of the rehabilitation process. Adam empowers clients by sharing the knowledge necessary to understand how the body works, engaging clients in each session to achieve their goals. Clients can expect the use of functional exercise, complemented by education, manual therapy, acupuncture, and electrical physical agents to help accomplish their goals.
When not in the clinic, Adam finds every reason to spend time outside. Whether that be finding new hiking spots to explore year-round, coaching volleyball in the summer or skiing in the winter. He also enjoys baseball, tennis and keeping up with current events.
