Ajay completed his physiotherapy education in Amsterdam, The Netherlands (Bsc. PT). He completed clinical internships in England, Germany, and Amsterdam and spent time as a student physiotherapist with amateur soccer and rugby teams. His passion for physiotherapy stems from having many injuries as an athlete when he was younger. He spent days and months rehabbing his own injuries, and now being in a position to help and guide patients to achieve a goal or get them back to doing an activity that they have been restricted from is something he takes great pride and enthusiasm in.
Ajay believes in a hands-on, active, and individualized approach to care. Physiotherapy is more than just what is done in the clinic, and he believes encouraging and educating patients will give them the tools and skills they need outside the clinic to live an active, healthy, and injury-free life.
He plans to pursue a diploma in sports physiotherapy, Manual therapy, acupuncture, and concussion management in the coming years to further improve his skills as a practitioner.
Ajay grew up playing all kinds of sports recreationally, but soccer, tennis and basketball competitively. He has a passion for living an active and healthy life. He has travelled to many European countries during my studies and plans to continue travelling in the coming years. His spare time is devoted to his family and friends, and enjoys cooking and gardening.
