With a solid foundation in education and evidence-based practice, he is dedicated to maximizing movement and optimizing outcomes for all patients through a collaborative approach to goal-setting.
Alex has an extensive athletic background in university-level rowing as both an athlete and coach. He brings this unique perspective to his work, blending personal experience with professional expertise. His commitment to integrating up to date rehab principles with practical application ensures that each treatment plan is tailored to meet individual needs effectively.
Outside the clinic, he enjoys cycling, hiking, weight training, and reading."
