Chris graduated with a Master of Science in Physical Therapy from McMaster's University. Prior to that, he completed an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Kinesiology and Health Sciences from York University.
Having grown up heavily engaged in competitive sports, including downhill biking, hockey, soccer, and track, Chris was faced with multiple injuries. This sparked his passion for movement and helping others get back to their best physical and mental state. Chris has a strong focus on patient-centred care, opting for a holistic approach to rehabilitation and health which utilizes manual therapy skills, patient education, and exercise. He has a particular interest in teaching others how to self-manage and learn prevention strategies leading to a more active lifestyle!
Chris strives to always be there for his clients and make the rehabilitation journey an empowering experience. He has completed his level 1 manual therapy diploma and plans to continue his professional development by attaining further training in acupuncture, manual therapy and functional range conditioning.
Outside of physiotherapy, he loves participating in continued education and staying active through hiking, cycling, and currently training for a half Ironman & full marathon!
