Dr. Adrian Estacio is a graduate of Northeast College of Health Sciences, holding a Doctor of Chiropractic Degree and a Master of Science in Applied Clinical Nutrition. During his time at the college, he was actively involved in leadership positions, serving as president of both the Rehab 2 Performance club and the Sports Medicine and Rehab club, and contributed to other groups including the Soft Tissue club and the Student Canadian Chiropractic Association.
He has an extensive background as a strength and conditioning coach and he still maintains an active Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) certification through the National Strength and Conditioning Association. Over the years, he has worked with a wide range of athletes, from recreational to professional level athletes, integrating his expertise in chiropractic care and athletic training.
His approach to healthcare is rooted in a comprehensive philosophy that integrates therapy with training and nutrition. He focuses on creating personalized strategies to optimize wellness and enhance athletic performance, utilizing modalities such as acupuncture/dry-needling, functional rehabilitation, and various manual therapy techniques.
