Dr. Trevor Robinson is a primary care Sport and Exercise Medicine physician with expertise in ultrasound-guided procedures and musculoskeletal injury management. He completed the Sport and Exercise Medicine Enhanced Skills Program at the University of Toronto in 2024, where he gained experience in the diagnosis and treatment of sports injuries, particularly with ultrasound- guided injections. He holds the Canadian Academy of Sport & Exercise Medicine Diploma in Sport Medicine and is a certificant of the Canadian College of Family Physicians with a Certificate of Added Competence in Sport and Exercise Medicine.
Before pursuing medical training, Dr. Robinson spent four years teaching human anatomy to professional students, applying his MSc in Anatomical Sciences from Queen?s University. He also holds a Bachelor of Physical and Health Education from the University of Toronto. Dr. Robinson earned his medical degree from Queen?s University and completed his Family
Medicine residency at the University of Toronto. As a member of the Canadian Academy of Sport and Exercise Medicine (CASEM), he remains dedicated to advancing his skills and staying at the forefront of sport medicine.
With over 20 years of experience as a competitive water polo athlete at the varsity, provincial, and national levels, Dr. Robinson brings a unique perspective to his practice. He combines his athletic background and clinical expertise to help patients optimize their physical performance and recovery through evidence-based care.
