Gagandeep is a compassionate and dedicated Physiotherapist with extensive knowledge and experience in treating neuromusculoskeletal injuries. She graduated from Baba Farid University of Health Sciences in 2009 from India.
After her graduation she started to work in a hospital and got experience in rehabilitation for acute and chronic conditions, athletic and nonathletic injuries and well as motor vehicle injuries. After moving to Canada, Gagandeep worked as a Physiotherapy assistant for couple of years and then she enrolled in Royal Canadian college of massage therapy to become a Registered Massage Therapist in 2017.
In 2018, she became a Registered Massage Therapist and started working in a multidisciplinary clinic as a RMT. Gagandeep has taken courses to expand her skillset by getting certification in Reflexology, soft tissue cupping and Indian head massage. After working as a Massage Therapist for 5 years Gagandeep decided to pursue her Physiotherapy career which she is passionate about. She enrolled in the SPOT program in August 2023 at McGill University in Montreal, which is an equivalency program designed for internationally trained Physiotherapists in order to get her PT license in Canada. In August 2024 Gagandeep finished her SPOT program and became licensed Physiotherapist.
Gagandeep fosters a welcoming environment where patients feel safe and supported. She uses patient centred care and focuses on improving quality of life for all patients. She empowers her patients by educating them so that they can make informed decisions about their health and get the best results from the treatment. Gagandeep uses evidence-based approach in her practice. Outside of her professional life, Gagandeep likes yoga, staying active and travelling.
