Amy received her Masters of Science in Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto after obtaining an Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McMaster University. She has completed her Level 1 Advanced Integrated Musculoskeletal (AIM) Certification from the Orthopaedic Division of the Canadian Physiotherapy Association.
Amy is dedicated to working collaboratively with patients of all ages and abilities to empower them to achieve their goals. She prioritizes patient-centered care, combining her expertise with a genuine commitment to helping her patients improve their function, reduce pain, and improve their quality of life. Amy's approach integrates education, manual therapy, and exercise prescription to develop an effective and individualized treatment plan for each patient. She looks forward to teaming up with you to accomplish your rehab goals and return to the activities you love to do!
Outside of the clinic, you can find Amy enjoying the outdoors, playing volleyball and pickleball with family and friends, or reading a book with a nice, hot tea.
