Biography

Ehren completed both his Master of Science in Physical Therapy and Bachelor of Kinesiology degrees at the University of Toronto.

From a young age, Ehren has been involved in competitive sport, having competed in figure skating for 15 years at both the national and varsity level. In recent years he has been actively involved within the dragon boat and paddling community in Toronto as a paddler and a coach. Through his personal experiences with sport and exercise, Ehren has developed a passion for fitness and strives to be an ambassador for an active and healthy lifestyle.

Having experienced injuries and setbacks of his own, Ehren has a deeper understanding of the patient perspective. He is curious about each client's unique experience and loves to hear every story. He approaches treatment by taking what he learns from these stories and applying manual therapy, education, and individualized exercise programming to help clients write the next chapter of their journey.

Outside of the clinic, you might find Ehren in the gym, on a run, or paddling on Lake Ontario in the summer.
