Kelly holds a Master of Physical Therapy from the University of Toronto and a Bachelor of Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. She began her career as a registered kinesiologist, gaining extensive experience working with clients of various ages in rehabilitation, including varsity athletes. With a strong background in orthopedic rehab, Kelly brings a comprehensive understanding of human movement and injury prevention to her practice.
Her approach combines manual therapy, exercise prescription, and patient education, ensuring each client receives individualized, evidence-based care. Kelly is dedicated to creating customized treatment plans that empower clients to facilitate recovery, get stronger, and prevent future injuries.
Having grown up playing in competitive basketball and badminton teams, she is especially passionate about sports rehab and understands the commitment needed to return to peak performance. Kelly continues to enhance her expertise through advanced training in orthopedics and vestibular rehabilitation.
Outside the clinic, Kelly leads an active lifestyle, playing badminton at a local club and competing in a basketball league. She also enjoys hiking and exploring new fitness classes, constantly seeking new ways to stay engaged and inspired. Kelly is excited to partner with you on your journey to improved movement, strength, and overall wellness.
