Biography

Negar Kooroshfard is a passionate Resident Physiotherapist with a PhD in Sport Sciences and extensive experience in sports injury rehabilitation and movement optimization. She specializes in Exercise Therapy and Manual Therapy, utilizing Myofascial Release Techniques to address a wide range of musculoskeletal problems, from acute injuries to chronic pain conditions.

With a strong academic background, Negar has years of university teaching experience as an Assistant Professor in Physical Education and Sport Sciences. She integrates evidence-based practice with hands-on clinical expertise to develop personalized treatment plans that restore mobility, reduce pain, and improve overall function.

Her skill set includes dry needling, McKenzie Method, taping techniques, and pelvic rehabilitation.

Currently completing her Canadian physiotherapy registration, she is excited to be part of the Athlete's Care team, helping clients move better, feel stronger, and achieve their health and performance goals.
