Athlete's Care Keele & Steeles has two locations on campus at York University: Toronto Track & Field Centre and Accolade East Building.  The Toronto Track and Field Centre is located at the north end of campus off Ian MacDonald Blvd and labeled building #7 on the campus map.  We're just steps away from the Pioneer Village Subway Station and our Accolade location is steps away from the York University Station.

Not an athlete? Not a problem!  We have the team of healthcare providers that will diagnose, assess and treat all your sport and recreational injuries along with your day to day aches and pains.  Our services are available to York University students, faculty and staff along with the general public.

Parking:

 

  • Enter from Steeles Avenue, west of Keele or east of Jane
  • The entrance is Founders Road, make a right on Ian Macdonald and a right on North West Gate where Northwest Gate Pay & Display lots are now open!
  • There are two lots, the south lot is closest to the Track and Field front doors (closest to Ian MacDonald ) and the north lot is behind the TTC station (closest to Steeles Ave).

 

 The fee schedule is as follows:

 

  • Cost (maximum) $1.75/half-hour ($10.00 daily max)
  • Saturday: $5.00
  • Sunday: $5.00

 

In addition, please be reminded that York University has moved to the City of Toronto ticketing system that could impact clients if they do not comply paying the daily fee.  Information on this change can be found on the York University website.

TTC BUS:

  • Travelling east or west along Steeles, take the 60D that goes to Highway 27 and get off at Founders Road.
  • From Downsview Station, take the 106 and get off at the stop in front of the Track & Field Centre on campus

Subway:

  • To access the clinic at the Track and Field Centre, take the Yonge-University line up to Pioneer Village Station.
  • Once you're on the subway platform, find signs for York University, Pioneer Village, and the TTC buses. There are three sets of escalators altogether which will take you to reach the TTC bus platform (approximately 2 minutes to reach the bus platform).
  • Once you've reached to the top of the escalator, you will see the bus platform, keep walking straight ahead to the end of the subway station. There will be signs directing you to "York University, Athletic Centre."
  • Once you've exited the station, we are on the left side right across the street from the TTC traffic light, and across the street from the York Track Stadium.
